This 177,000 square foot mixed use facility is located within Reservoir Woods Office Park as well as the watershed of the Cambridge Reservoir. Previously a wooded site there was no treatment of storm water runoff prior to discharge from the site, best management practices and a wetpond were constructed at the site to minimize impacts to the Reservoir.
The facility consists of a gymnasium, wellness facilities and the Boston Celtics training facility.
