This project included design and development of 30 new attached single-family condominiums on a 48-acre site having an existing golf course, hotel, indoor tennis courts and cross-country skiing trails. The proposed site development integrates new housing units, driveways, parking and associated common areas with the existing recreational amenities. Portions of the golf course are to be relocated and redesigned including several greens and one tee. John G. Crowe Associates secured numerous variances, special permits, as well as wetland filings for this work. While sensitive to the requirements for work within a watershed protection district, the site plan was engineered to reroute existing storm flows to solve previous flooding problems in this area.
