A top-rated country club in New Hampshire wanted to add a full-service clubhouse and function facility to its golf course and condominium community. The site improvements included parking for 500 cars, a golf cart storage facility, a new putting green and practice driving range. Flexible access, circulation and parking systems were developed to accommodate large clubhouse functions while at the same time servicing the golf course and the swimming compound. A bridal garden was developed adjacent to the clubhouse to provide a setting for photo taking.
