The Commons at Prospect Hill

This project is a 1.7 million square feet mixed use redevelopment of eleven buildings including Class A office, retail and restaurant uses on the 120-acre site of the former Polaroid chemical, manufacturing, and office headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts.
