This site, located on the Reservoir East Campus in Waltham, MA, represents a sustainable site design which includes bioretention swales, deep sump hooded catch basins, proprietary separators and a wet basin to provide storm water infiltration and treatment. The building has been prequalified for a LEED Gold Certification and includes sustainable elements such as a photovoltiac power system on the roof and reuse of rainwater runoff from the building roof for toliet flushing.
