Many times, a client approaches John G. Crowe Associates with a site they are considering to conduct an initial feasibility study. Feasibility for land use, reuse, expansion, financing or purchase can be evaluated. Typically, our services begin with informal discussions to explore the potential program, and if necessary, conduct a site visit to evaluate both beneficial and constraining features.
Subsequently, we gather the basic survey information, USGS maps, aerial photographs, town and state regulations and develop the program to the clients specific requirements. Existing features and regulations, such as utilities, topography, wetlands, zoning, and city regulations are evaluated. Multiple schemes are developed which directly respond to the topographic, environmental, and regulatory constraints of the site.
Upon selection by the client of one design, a final scheme is drafted which can be used a for the clients specific needs. We develop realistic programs that benefit the owner and can be approved in a timely fashion by affected agencies.
